I see all over the forums how BIS it is, but as PUG main, synergies seem kinda rare, and usually reserved for the tanks. So, how does one exactly get bis out of this? Seems overrated for the most part

    Just about anything referred to as "BiS" means "Best when working in an organized group of awesome players". Anything like Lokkestiiz that has a proc condition dependent on other players is going to underperform in a PUG situation.

    Its only good for guild trials really, I use deadly strike instead of it. it does well in trials but just for reference i get 50k on 6mil 55k with good crits and 90k on trials dummy

    You need to have 75% up time to have that set be worth anything.

    Like the others have said, Lokkes is only BIS with a coordinated group. I still run the ole Relequen + AY + Velidreth. Its allegedly BIS for the groups is sounds like you are running with. Even if it isn't, works for me

    Yeah, I am and am lol, keeping 90-100% up time is no problem with avid boneyard. But it’s probably a DPS loss using that instead of a stamina ability
