Can't find Summerset to buy.

Okay, so I want to buy the new expansion, and I want to buy Summerset.
I signed into the website, went to store, but I dont see any digital upgrades for Summerset or see it included into anything (besides the $60 game for if you dont already own ESO).
Where do I even buy Summerset? Am I going to be forced to get it through the crown store for an insane price? Why isn't it on the store page?

Just a confused returning player.

Yes, but it doesnt say that on the actual store page for the Digital Upgrade not the $60 standard edition.

This is for people who dont have the base game. It comes with Morrowind and Summerset. I can't get this because my account is not eligible from already having Morrowind and the Basegame.

This is the only one I can buy. The Digital Upgrade. This does not say anything about Summerset being included.

This is only for the Standard Edition. Not for an upgrade that someone would purchase if they already owned the game.

For OP. probably crown store only but I have not spent any time trying to figure out an alternative.

Summerset was reclassified as DLC when Elsweyr launched. It is now inluded in ESO+ and can be bought in the Crown Store.

It is also included in the full, non-upgrade, versions of Elsweyr editions.
