    i'm pretty sure the _ is the space replacement not the -
    but hey, it is ok to be different in this woke society

    so an interesting study would be to see which type of post gets you more 'likes', the positive comment or the negative comment; are complainers more successful on this forum and/or forums in general?

    Well, i can (must) buy the darkwood (?) sry, lol; blackwood expansion to get the companions, right? i'm looking into it right now.
    If they gonna put companions in the game, i'm a fool to say no (and be a f2p peon grinder, lol; feel for u, i used to do to) ;#)

    Saying “I’m having fun in the game” doesn’t elicit the same strong reaction as “the sky is falling!”.

    That would depend on how 'positive' and 'negative' are defined by a particular person.

    Many would say that you creating a thread just to brag about hitting a meaningless forum level is spammy and negative, and the responses calling you out for it are positive.

    In this specific case, since there is no way to give a negative reaction vote, I would say mairwen wins this thread, given the agrees she has received in just her first response to you have greatly out-weighed the reaction votes you've received in the entire thread.

    Oh, and... neener, neener, I just pinged level 6.

    so, then the conclusion is that negative wins, as in being negative about a topic or a post, such as complaining about someone 'necroing' a thread or posting something 'irrelevant' like a thread about reaching 'level 3' in the forum

    i think this accurately reflects society in general
    .
    People say either 'people are generally good' or 'people are generally bad'.
    It looks like the evidence proves the latter.

    Why? You can just NOT respond to this thread, rather than being a negative ninny.
    Why not just say 'i also have made it to level 3' and/or 'i am already past level 3'

    I need another 1250 points to reach the endgame 10 stars. I guess that I should be negative, but I try to express what I think, not what others might want to hear. But, just like the news, bad stories sell.

    I am so late to this thread... but thankfully it was bumped!

    Congratulations! Forum stars are the most important part of ESO, don't let anyone tell you that DPS or CP are more important, they just have yet to realise the true end game content is here. :p
