Nah, it's not so much that. We're just trying something different to see if this helps clarify any potential confusion and answer some questions.

This is a good idea. One of the pieces of feedback I had when the rationale for the combat changes in the last update came out is that it would have been useful to have the devs discuss these things at the start of the PTS cycle instead of in the middle.

By telling us what's being changed and why right at the beginning it will give us a better idea of how you anticipate players to adjust to the changes, which will let people quickly focus on that in testing to see how viable it is. This should lead to better testing.

release date is still "q4" no details? since it arrives on pts on monday...how much in advance does this usually happen? is mid to late october realistic for release? exactly when outer worlds releases... :-(

Normally I don't fancy the idea of pre-ordering, but with these DLC's it would be nice to have the option to buy ahead of time, simply to give players time to find a crown seller prior to launch and have it ready to go.

No mention of it, I suspect not. They usually have something, ie CWC - AS. Murk - BRP. I did not see anything on the map, and they made no mention of anything. They did however say there was another questline that opens up if you have completed Els and Dragonhold. The map did look a little small, perhaps they are releasing 2 zones, 1 for Dragonhold (South East), and another smaller one one that opens up if you have completed both Els + Dragonhold. Although, Elsweyr looked small but it wasn't.

I only say the map looks small because proportionately, it does not look like it extends all the way to Grahtwood, it looks like a zone could fit in the South West area between Dragonhold and Grahtwood.

I'm not sure why they're re-balancing 3-piece sets now. This was a request back when magicka characters couldn't use 2x 5pc sets.

Maybe it's to allow stamina characters to use monster sets again? But that *** over magicka users again as they don't have a second arena weapon they can use (DSA and BRP staves suck, and AS staves suck and are prohibitively hard to get compared to arena weapons). If 3pc becomes BiS, the gap between magicka and stamina would widen.

I guess we'll see what the plan is on Monday.
