Xbox Na swap to EU server

Since the lag has been so bad on Na server I swapped to the EU one. Hardly ever experience problems there. I can only guess it’s cause it doesn’t have as many players.
My question is why not allow my purchases to go with me there as well. I bought them for the Xbox version of the game. The chapter’s I bought are enabled there but none of the download content or crown store toys.

That's because the Crown Stores are localised to the Megaserver instead of being tied with your Xbox Account.Leader Of The Children Of Razum Dar Guild (Khajiit Guild) on All 6 MegaServers

You are going against the grain. We've taken on a lot of EU players in the past year who have migrated because of the lag there.0
