Unless you're all about scoring and absolutely nothing else ever in your life in ESO, you're not end game. Also needs to be entitled, unfriendly and kinda salty. A little bit hot headed too. If you're missing anything from that list, some will say you're a filthy casual.
I'm a filthy casual.

Sums up “endgame” users perfectly 😂😂
All joking aside though - why would you spend this much money on a game to not be at all interested in the rich lore and story content that they are constantly popping out. That’s what makes ESO great. Leaderboards/achievements are such a small piece of this game and if that’s they only thing you’re here for, you might want to find a better game that fits your needs.
I’ll continue to enjoy it all though. Guess that makes me a filthy casual too! #filthycasualandproudofit
I am max CP. I've been playing for close to 3 years. I have 100% all zones and maps with the exception of Cyrodiil and IC. Are you telling me I'm not an endgamer because I enjoy quests? If so, I beg to differ. I AM an endgamer. I'm not sure what your definition is, but I am certain there are more players in ESO like me than like you, which makes us the majority.
A company making products to please the majority of their customers is called smart business.

Until then, perhaps dive in and enjoy the storyline for a bit instead.

No one is losing anything.
Fact: PvE players exist in this game.
And PvE + PvP players like myself having a blast.
Go play Skyrim if you wanna quest.

Because Endgamers have been on the gamers endangered species list for just about that entire time. Endgamers haven't had serious sway over Developers since the days of WoW when the pendulum began to heavily swing in the direction of the casual player.
It might be time to either accept that Trials are not going to be prominent parts of updates, DLCs and Chapters or find something else to do with your time.

It's not like if they added an arena the quest content would go away.A different team works on that anyway.

They were never really a prominent part. It's the presence we are talking about. Not prominence.

The presence is unnecessary for the current models of MMOs to continue on. No one cares about Endgamers. And honestly, no one should. It doesnt bring in the money. It doesnt bring real attention to the game. Its a niche demographic that wouldnt be missed by the bean counters at ZOS. If Trials made ZOS actual money, youd see a lot more of it. But theyre dropping them once a year now.
"End game" got content in each of the 3 DLCs so far this year.
1. 2 new dlc dungeons which are harder than any base game dungeon
2. Elsweyr which included a new trial
3. 2 new dlc dungeons
So because 1 out of 4 doesn't include hard content you're all bent over out of shape?
Yes Murkmire included BRP, but no other trial was released last year. So while the timing changed, the overall content released for each year are similar.
Yes we asked for performance fixes and some have asked for forgoing content in favor of only performance and QOL improvements but any time a poll was put up there was not universal agreement on that point. Finally ZoS never said they would stop all content development for performance and qol improvements.
The OP's expectations clearly do not reflect reality.
How does “go play Skyrim” even make sense as a retort against those of us who are happy with the new questing zone? Why leave the game when we’re excited about what’s coming up?
And I won’t even turn it around and say those who don’t want a new questing zone should go play blahblahblah because I’m not a jerk like that. I want there to be something for casual questers, PVPers, kick-in-teeth-hard trials/dungeon runners, fashionistas, interior decorators, and people who host guar parades.
Throwing a tantrum and attacking players because they aren’t ultra-mega-leet like you is a pathetic response to ESO not releasing the content you want.
