✭✭✭✭✭I don't think it's something ZOS did. All the forums I'm on which use Vanilla software got new badges, including ones which they didn't have before. (For example the GW2 forum's badges for agree/insightful only went up to 500 but now they have ones up to 5,000 and the names don't match - the reactions are called thumbs up and helpful but the badges say likes and insightfuls.)
