Allow Crowns and Gold for Furnished Houses

I know that the furnished house option is only available for Crowns to make us want to spend them on that.

Could we get an option to still buy the house with gold, but to buy it furnished for the extra cost of just the furnishings in Crowns rather than only the full Crown price?

I have seen them add furnishing packs that match what is in the furnished house, albeit at a huge markup compared to what you would pay if you bought the furnished house.

I don't want to have to arrange it all.

I am not going to spend that many crowns for the furnished house (barring a sale and a rare choice to buy one), but I would easily tack on some Crowns (not the high pack price) to upgrade my gold purchase.

Though thinking things through like this does not seem likely as the first reply noted.
