There were changes made in the last patch to stop an exploit. This appears to have affected the Guild Notificator addon, where anything you type or any chat messages you see appear as '%s %s %s.'. This addon hasn't been updated in two years so it probably won't be, to fix the issue. I'd suggest removing it but it can just be disabled and should fix the issue.
