siege of cyrodiils merit not dropping during IC event?

I did not get a coffer with a siege of cyrodiils merit when turning in IC daily quests yesterday or today. ...so since the IC event started, I have not gotten any siege of cyrodiils merit to assemble the 50 pieces needed to build the runebox with the costume.

Is this intended? Is anyone getting their siege of cyrodiils merit during the IC event yet?

thank you for the helpful replies. ....another bug sounds like....grumble grumble grumble....bugs....my skin is starting to crawl from so many bugs....

In their defense, this is an astonishingly huge game. It's a whole world unto itself....but still, so many of these situations so often is wearing on the dedicated players; especially the PvP'rs.

I got one coffer when turning in the first quest after yesterday's patch, but none today.
Is there a 20h timer on that one?

There is a timer yes. One a day. Unsure if its 24 or 20 i assume 20.
