Any way to read the books offline?

The books seem really interesting and it's a pity very few will ever read them either because they are not bothered or like me they get a migraine reading them in the game. Any way for the books to be available offline? Ideally a sort of online library where you could search according to subject, location etc.

There is an online library of sorts. Don't remember the name of it off the top of my head, but I think it only has the existing books up to Skyrim. May not have the ESO books yet.

all places that will eventually lead to offline lore reading, as of now maybe tamrielfoundry.com has it
Tl;dr really weigh the fun you have in game vs the business practices you are supporting.

You could take a screenshot, PS them then print
Who has time? But if we never take time how can we ever have time?

Uses up too much ink because you're printing an image plus it's unnecessary because I'm fine with reading them in normal text on a normal background on my monitor as opposed to the font they use on a bright yellow background. But if I have no option I might do this...

One of the things that disappoints me about the entire Elder Scrolls history is the lack of ability to read the various books offline.

I would LOVE to see an App that contains all of the books and lore for the entire series from the very beginning all the way up through ESO.
