So what exactly do you have to kill in order to get tickets? Slaying a patrolling monster in the Imperial City streets or mini-boss within the Imperial City sewers. isnt very clear.

assuming mini bosses in the sewers count as any non flag boss or molag bal boss?

What does patrolling monsters mean? Like district bosses? or what

Patrolling Horrors (the big wandering bosses in the Districts)
Coldharbor Elite Guard (Xivkyn generals wearing banners in the sewers)
Sewer bosses marked with crossed swords

The Marked Sewer bosses are the easiest fights BUT only 12 people get loot and you MUST loot the boss for tickets. So you may have to try it more than once.

One of the two named bosses that wander around each district count, the roaming bosses in the sewers count, or you can do either dungeon... Hope this helps!
