Daily Crafting Writs sometimes don't pull Mudcrab Chitin from Bank.

On more than one occasion, I've attempted to complete a Daily Crafting Writ for Alchemy which required a particular reagent that I have stored in my bank, but the game wouldn't recognize that I had the item available in my bank and forced me to manually withdraw it in order to complete the writ. When it happened the first time, I thought I'd simply run out of the reagent and spent about half an hour farming it, only to discover I had many writs' worth still in my bank. Today, the required reagent was Mudcrab Chitin, but I've had this issue happen withs other reagents as well.

I'm running ESO on an Xbox One X, and can say this bug has happened over multiple published builds.

That's how it is supposed to work. The game only auto pulls from craft bag. I dont know what kind of addons you have available on xbox, but some will auto pull from bank but you have to actually go to a bank or summon your banker. so maybe you have that addon turned off or it needs updated, or you recently ran out of stuff that was in your craft bag. If you ever had ESO plus, even for just the free trial, all your mats would have been auto stowed in the craft bag, and you may have just not realized you were auto pulling from craft bag all this time. Hope that helps.

You are absolutely right. I'm embarrassed that I didn't know this already. Thanks for bringing me up to speed! Unfortunately, add-ons aren't available for Xbox One, though I wish some were, because that would offer some major QOL improvements. Perhaps someday some of the most popular PC adding will be ported to consoles, but that's a whole different can of worms...
