Never been in Imperial City, how to do this event?

✭I never have been in Imperial City. Well I was in the sewers, to talk to someone to start a quest in Cyrodill. As for Imperial City its self, I tried to to that quest you get at level 10 and can never do it. So I don't have a clue what to do if I try Imperial City for the event here.
Can anyone help or give suggestions and ideas what to do?

Yup that is what happened lol. I stuck with a bunch of AD people. EP (red?) had a lot of people together and killed over and over again.
Thank you everyone, I was able to get my 2 tickets. Greatly appreciate all the help. And thank you those to say don't take it personally. That was a good reminder not to get upset when I died.
Curious, how can I tell if I killed someone? Is there a achievement for it?Not my quote but I love this saying

✭✭✭✭✭if you have a magblade - now's the time to dust them off...get comfortable in some VD, slot sap essence, proxy det and soul tether and bombs away...
stamblade, build yourself a nice bow gank with some spriggans and markmans, hang out by the door between districts and fire away...

✭✭✭✭✭Yep, looting is required. If you don't get looting privileges on the corpse for some reason, you'll need to wait until the boss respawns and try again.I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!0 -

There are a few achievements, mostly for killing players of a certain class or race. Check under Player v Player.0
