Impossible
the chapter release should begin a new “year.”
The Meta is a Myth. With variations in Rotations and Timings and Lag that actual combat has, there are many ways to the Leaderboards and Victories. Just play the way that makes sense to you and how you play. You will find these changes have less of an impact than you would think.
You as ''community ambassador'' must see that the community doesn't like the way it's going right now and there has to be a change.

Thing is, the community never likes the changes or the direction the game is going in.
With all the complaints about the meta shifting so fast thought it would be good to see what people think by making a poll.
I don't concern myself with the "meta". Never have. Never will.
I would suggest people just find a build they enjoy and have fun with it. Those who always chase after the most OP build every update are likely just going to be disappointed with a future nerf. Because basically all people do when they do this sort of thing is highlight imbalances in the game play and advertise to the developers that they need to be nerfed (which is usually exactly what happens).

There has to be something to do to keep people playing for years.
Ofcourse you can you still complete content with non meta sets but we spend half our time trying to get better and the other half enjoying our new strength. Unless your some weirdo that role plays lol.
If the meta shifts slowed down, i think it would be hard to keep people (with years vested) interested.
Been playing since beta.
I have plenty to keep me busy without having to rebuild my characters every 3 months.
In fact having to do so is keeping me from playing the game and it's getting tiresome. Its not playing, its rebuilding.
I would argue that right now, more people are being driven from the game because the constant changes.
Youve been playing since beta and still have plenty to keep you busy?
Ive only been playing for 4 years and well pickings are getting slim.
all content can be completed with non meta sets. My original point is for those that dont have much left to do, we appreciate having a goal to aim for.
But Power Creep isn't always indiscriminate. In the case of the Elsweyr update, the Power Creep came in large part in the form of the Necromancer class. .

Yes. I have 17 characters so plenty to do.
I don't find regrinding gear every 3 to 6 months as compelling and interesting content

Meta actually means change
When they have a unified and lore friendly vision then they can do what they like. What I can’t stand is that they set out goals, enumerated in text format, fail most of them on a quarter of the things and say “Success”. No.
They set out goals for the racial rebalance and didn’t meet them.
They set out goals for class identity and didn’t meet them
They set out goals for Cyrodiil and didn’t meet them.
Change as much as you like as long as you have a real clear solid goal in the end. All this wishy-washy back and forth is nauseating. We are now to the point where Soul Splitting Trap is recommended for every class, every spec, and every game mode. That’s not balance.
