Curious about self buffs.

I'm actually starting to believe this game does not actually register your self buffs, I say this because how is it at times you're being hit extra hard even if it's by two individuals? Is there potentially some type of buff desync going on? I look at my buff tracker and the opposing enemy has not afflicted me with anything either. But I find at times I can not even heal like I'm able to I'm very curious regarding this.

✭✭✭✭✭Anything is a possibility but I expect we would see mention more often in the forums with some real information as people on PC can gleam actual information better. Especially with ESO Logs.0 -

I figured as much. But I fought two people and could not heal, just ran Into a group of 6 and tanked them and killed 1 I still died but my buffs seem to work fine.0
