Hello Zenimax and community, I have been an ESO player since the 2014 beta but have never participated in the Forum.
I'm brazilian so don't be surprised if my english is kinda wrong.
I am creating this topic because I think we in the community should charge a secure system for buying and sell crown store items for gold, yes I know the gift system was created to give gifts but let's be honest the sales number is far superior to that given gifts.
The ECA(TCE) people do a great job, but I see this as a palliative solution.
If we had a secure in-game sales system, I think ZOS could make even more money from selling Crowns, as more people would be able to sell and buy much faster and less bureaucratically.
What is my suggestion for creating or implementing this system.
Release items that can be given as gifts as a common item, so the player could place it in a guild trade, trade screen with another player or send via COD.
It is noteworthy that this system would not make the game PTW and would not be harmed, it is a system that would only win everyone and I believe its implementation is also very easy for the great team of Zenimax.
ZOS may say that this kind of transaction is at the peril of anyone who wants to do it, okay, but I also know that they listen to the community and that if there is a demand they can create something to supply it.
In my opinion and I don't want to discuss this, Zenimax has delivered an "unfinished" system as it is obvious that whatever item they put in the game other than Bound, players will sell and could have gone ahead creating this safe option since nowhere They then commented that such transactions would be prohibited. That is, it is not prohibited but we do not support the community either.
My goal is that we have a secure option within the game without having to use alternative means such as Discord to perform these transactions quickly and safely and no one else is a scam victim.
Thanks for the great systems and quality of life improvements you've implemented so far, I'm sure we can expect only the best from this great team.
