✭✭✭✭✭Most dungeons have a shortcut in place and I am confident that this is not by mistake. Did you know that you could skip most of the first pulls in Frostvault by hugging the right wall, if you bring up the map you can clearly see that it was designed this way.
Pretty confident much is by design and intended as well. I think Zos expected us to act like members of the intelligent species we are and communicate when needed. If someone has a specific intention they should form their own group and lead it since using GF you are literally giving up control.3 -

✭✭✭✭✭ya be considerate of your pug matesI hate getting this dungeon in random just for this very reason. If I'm doing it on an alt that hasn't done the quest yet, I'm at the mercy of a bunch of randoms who usually don't want to bother doing the whole dungeon. If I ask politely in chat to do the whole dungeon, half the time they just say "*#$&#*$ you" and do what they want anyway, knowing they can finish the dungeon with only three people.3 -

✭Ah ok yea I could see how that would be annoying. I don't think removing the waterfall jump is the right way to go though. Once you get your achievements you'll probably at least want the option to cut that dungeon's time down too. Perhaps finding a more considerate group is the answer. But I know that's entirely a dice roll in the group finder.0 -

✭I think the bigger problem is after battling through all those spiders (or jumping down the waterfall) there's always some guy who goes and hides in the husk like a little *itch at last boss. THOSE are the people who should be banned.0 -

✭No thanks, some people want to get it done asap, we've run the content a thousand times. Uusally we are considerate and if someone in the group wants to doit all we'll go help. But if the 4 people wanna skip why not let them?
This *** posting is getting out of hand, why take away freedom from the players? In a game like this everyone should be able to enjoy the game THEIR way and NOT YOUR way

✭✭✭✭✭It depends on what I want to use the dungeon for.
For those I can solo (like FG1), more options is good so I have choices in how to do it.
Same when running a dungeon with friends while up on voice comm.
When pugging, however, I prefer no options. Just one simple path. Options with pugs means split groups, confusion and frustration.
TLDR: The only dungeons I will pug are ones with no 'options' or choices to screw up and cause confusion.PC NA(no Steam), PvE, mostly solo0 -

✭✭Nah I like the fact that you can skip some of the fights. Also that dungeon is quite easy to Solo on Vet so if you feel like you want to beat all the bosses then go in solo or ask your friends to group with you to kill all the bosses.0
