    That's not the official wiki. There is no such thing as an official wiki (wikis are always community projects).

    This isn't what Zos thinks, this is what the folks at Fextralife think.
    They also put out build videos on YouTube.

    These are not Zos supported builds, either, just in case you were curious.

    That page has not been updated for the race changes like so many other old racial guides.

    Racials are actually updated, but they already told me its not the oficial website

    I'm not sure what Fextralife's editing policy is (I rarely use the site) but it's a wiki. Register and contribute yourself if you disagree. (BTW, you still refer to them as "the people running this game" in your post.)
    It's also not what "the community" thinks, it's what the person writing this section thought. And while the section itself has been added post-Wrathstone (early August, to be precise), the information in it looks suspiciously pre-racial changes.

    Nope. I believe the best build to be the one you choose yourself and grow accustomed to. Once you know what you are doing in and out, you know what you like, you know what you hate, you know what mistakes you are prone to making, what habits to take advantage of, and don't need to try to emulate someone else to get results.

    I think that they kill racial passives for a lot of races.

    that is pretty good, only 2.5% difference. that is going from 30k to 30.75k. hardly anything.

    According to them, Argonians still have poison resistance, which is not actually the case.
    There are a lot more innaccuracies on that website, so don't just blindly trust them. For example Fextralife says
    Implosion - Whenever you deal Physical Damage you have a 6% chance to instantly pulverize enemies under 15% Health, dealing 4372 Physical Damage.
    That passive was completely changed in Murkmire and it hasn't been updated since.
    This Bosmer was tortured to death. There is nothing left to be done.
