    Females on the other hand can cast ultimates on global cooldown, this also prevent global warming so is recommended even overland. Khajiit has had an hard time lately so we should get some extra buffs here.
    Bring back the old overload bar so this one can keep 3 ultimate up all the time.
    Grinding just make you go in circles.
    Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

    I only think Dawn Breaker needs the cast time lowered or removed. Most people have dropped this skill because in PVP it misses probably 95% of the time. I think in a 10 minute duel it'll hit me once out of their 5-8 cast.

    Its because its predictable, and the CC imo is no longer usable because you need to CC to land it.
