Windows 8.1

This is not a serious issue but im getting annoyed, and this is the only game I have ever had this happen to me with. My mouse pointer will slightly move at a slow constant speed in whatever direction I last had it moving in. If I look to the left and stop, the mouse moves ever so slowly to the left on its own, same for any direction.

I have tried repairing the launcher, and my cursor does not move on its own in any other game or on desktop, there must be something about ESO. I have a nice mouse, so I would rather not have to replace this, and ideas would help.

If it helps any, my mouse is a Razer A5090
