Aka, no "crossbred races", but the race of their mother but some of the looks of their father. As in "titanborn" extra-tallness.
Except lore doesn't even say the child always takes the race of the mother. The book says generally which means they usually take the race of the mother and implies exceptions are possible. We even have a few examples of this. Tobias from redguard has a Nord father and imperial mother but takes after his father and is usually addressed as a Nord or half Nord. One of the main characters even called him a Nord before being corrected that he was only half Nord.Edited by storm105 on September 2, 2019 6:57AM1
