ZoS: Can we get a real root like talons for all tanks please?

A rooted enemy can still attack others, In my eyes turn evil is superior because of minor protection and stamina regen it can provide to stam meele in the area as well as the 5 seconds being incredibly long for the kind of debuff it is. Ive been using it on my templar and can agree that even for PvE its broken in comparison. They get 6 seconds of imunity so if you reapply at the right time you can have just under 50% uptime for non elite enemies. 50% of the time where they neither move nor attack anybody. They just sit still and take everything you throw at them XD

Talons should have an option for PVE Call them Drop Talons

DROP TALONS: Upon casting talons roots enemies to the Ceiling. Activating the synergy causes 10,000 environmental damage.

But we do not have a way to makes sure that a skill like that would not be abused at keeps.At the very least the DD's could tickle the feet.

Feared enemies now cower in place.

Well, they complained that all the running away was making their legs tired.
