Within Minutes, ping goes up to 2500 and I get booted

I live in New Zealand, ping is usually 350-400, today when I try to log in it goes up to 2500+ and I get logged out. The game is unplayable today, extreme lag.

karliahquinn✭✭✭Ah okay. I am on the EU server. I am wondering if it has something to do with the free eso trial atm. It's kind of odd with known server issues they would try and attract a higher load to those very servers.0
