No it’s not. it only affects potions not poison resistance everywhere.

no, for a long time blood rage was broken. you could maintain it with using a damage health potion because it was counting as doing damage, even though you were damaging yourself. i haven't tried it lately to see if this has been fixed- but i know quite a few folks that used scooby snacks as a way to maintain uptime between enemy mobs.

Scooby snacks is a infant level of intelligence name. But I am pretty sure that sort of thing has been fixed,
Been like that for a while too.

Hey, i didn't come up with the common name for them and they worked for up till at least Elsweyr if not still. Why bother with a $5 word for it when that's a perfectly accurate descriptive label for them? Since you apparently were not even aware that was a thing, I wouldn't take any assumptions about that being fixed either. you can Feed a WW off of a squirrel ffs, i doubt fixing the abuse of damage health potions is high on zos' list of problems to remedy with WW. Even if it is finally fixed (though I'm reserving judgement on that till i actually find out in-game and not through random people's assumptions) it at least WAS a legit reason why some folks used the passive being inquired on in the Poll. I simply brought it up because according the the comments so far folks don't seem to realize anyone EVER had a reason to use it. If you can find the Patch notes saying that's been fixed- by all means, enlighten me.

Snakeblood is probably the most useless passive in the game. Lol.
It has been over 5 years and ZOS still has not changed it and revamped it into something useful.

So much for quarterly combat audits, amirite? Many crafting passives do indeed effect combat. Food/drinks/potions/poisons, etc.

Completely useless stat. If you are making and using potions with a negative effect, you are doing something terribly wrong. It would be a valuable perk IF potions with negative effects had increased positive effects as a trade-off ("Kiss-curse" in ESO dev-speak :P), but sadly ESO alchemy doesn't have that kind of depth to it.

Negative effect potions could possibly go really nicely with the Necromancer's Curative Curse passive. Though I actually don't know for sure whether they do.
