Has Zos addressed guild history bug?

Like the title says, has Zos addresses the guild history bug? On Xbox we do not see any guild history. How will traders know if people paid or not? How will we know it people are stealing from the guild bank?

✭✭No, on PC they have reduced the amount of quires clients are allowed to make and re-enabled history.
