so i have a question from a new guildie who is using the free eso trial week

they signed up for the twitch prime to get the steed
and so i went through the process myself and came to this notice

How do I access my content in game?
Link your elderscrollsonline.com account with your Twitch account, redeem your unique Pet and Mount through Twitch Prime and login to The Elder Scrolls Online on PC. *For new users, you will have to go through the ESO new user flow before content will be delivered.
What on earth is the so new user flow? what the what?

Number_51✭✭✭✭✭So, as I recall, when you start up the game for the first time and create your account, it asks for your email address. If you gave the correct address you [they] should have got a "[Elder Scrolls Online] Welcome Aboard!" email that basically confirms your account and allows you to sign in on the website and forums. My guess is that all of that needs to be done since you need to sign in on the site to link accounts.2 -
