The skill doesn't work. Press the ultimate and it doesn't even do the animation, it just spends ultimate points. I mean we knew it wasn't working properly before but right now it's just there for the passive when slotted. Please look into this and fix it.

Trying to use it to get out of a bad situation and you just stand there glowing with no ult left.3 -

And in heavy lag, activating ANY ultimate is pointless - you will be just standing there like a lemon with 0 ultimate points and no effect to show for it.0 -

As much as I agree with the notion that ZOS has been systematically removing opportunities for skillful play from all of PvP, IMO you are really overthinking it in this case.It was hands down the best defensive ultimate in the game when it worked - bc it actually required some thought to use aswell. So exactly the type ofskill zos doesn´t want to have in the game.
The skill doesn't work, because it requires the server to keep track of what your position and resources were 4 seconds ago, at ALL times... which simply can't work properly with all the horrible lag.
I'd say that my point is further backed up by the observation that more or less all ultimates fail to work correctly (if at all) during times of heavy lag, not just Undo and its morphs.

Ash_In_My_Sujamma✭✭✭✭✭If you get rooted or stuned before you cast it, it doesn't work. Also, if you cast it and a "projectile" knockback (like meteor or leap) which was cast before you pressed the R button, lands on you while you are in the middle of your travel, you will get stuck in geometry.1 -

I'm here before most people. I know it has been bugged. But recently it didn't even display the animation it did when it was bugging out leaving you in the same spot where you casted it. It was just spending your ultimate. Luckily that was resolved by repairing the game for some reaso (lol). The initial bug isn't gonna get fixed soon anyways.PC EU

How is Atronach a defensive ultimate? Temporal Guard is used only for the minor protection buff you get for being slotted. Sounds like a pretty solid defensive buff. If Temp Guard is your idea of a defensive ult, then use at your own risk.0 -

Only reason i slot it. The idea of the skill is cool though and when i combine it with shade + cloak AND if the skill works it his hilarious to use.

MawxSoul ShrivenUndo is such a strong skill, the fact that it allows you to reset a fight, it is a shame that it's broken. I usually slot it just to get the passives (like the minor protection or the little damage shield), but I really try to not depend on it, only pop it on extreme cases where I have nothing to lose already.| PC NA |

This. The patch in which they “fixed” the streak bug by changing the positioning checks from server to client side on teleports is the patch that broke Undo.

I think that's when they broke Shade again, too.. after a very small window of it working basically flawlessly IIRC.
It's disgusting how long Undo and morphs have been broken, especially considering that it was the capstone ability of the new skill line from the most recent paid expansion at the time.1
