I have done all quests inside Fort Morvunskar in Eastmarch, but have not collected a "Truths of the North" book. Is there a way to get inside the Fort again without a quest? Because I have already done it on my char.

✭✭✭✭✭Most all the books inside quests can be found after just outside the quest location or near where the final NPC is.
Helps to also check your inventory when you pick up a book as you can read it then too. Look in both Quest and Misc itemsEnjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
