There are free pets and polymorphs up for grabs in The Elder Scrolls Online. All it takes to unlock these is time playing the game.
I made a guide about how to get free Pets, Costumes & Polymorphs. The guide is a work in progress, I will add more content soon.

    Good list! Some nits:
    • I think you skipped a couple of costumes from Vvardenfell.
    • You might also include the Indrik pets from event tickets.
    • You misspelled "Stonefire Scamp".
    • I don't have a Bangorkai map in front of me, but is the lower left corner really in the North?
    • I believe Regalia of the Orsimer King costume is free.
    • I believe the Dark Seducer costume is free.
    • I believe the Golden Saint costume is free.
    • I think the Imperial Chancellor costume is free.

    Thanks for the feedback, as I said the guide is a work in progress and Im glad you added more costumes to the list, i will add those soon ^_^

    You could add personalities? At least the Telvanni Wizard and (not brassy) Assassin. I cannot recall if others.

    Hat(s) from DLC dungeons?

    Erm... Trying to think of the other unlockables.

    I didn't want to cloud it with my own personal opinion. But that witch needs to be put in the ground. Worst. Quest. Ever. Mechanically, it's pure fetchquesting. And storytelling... why was there no option to call her out on her bs?! She was never convincing or particularly clever - you just had to go along with it all doe-eyed and pretend you didn't see right through her.

    Oh my god. Breathe, reo.

    It's my favorite personality in the whole game, tho. Womp womp. At least the payoff for dealing with her is amazeballs... and account-wide.

    Never forget. Never again.


    Edit to add: Btw @StabbityDoom - it's Sun-In-Shadow. My eye twitched just typing her name. I need to go take a walk.

    nordic bather's towel
    regalia of the scarlet judge
    shrouded armor
    sixth house robe
    thieves guild leathers

    skins, hats etc
