✭✭I love just wandering around orsinium, to be honest any of the dlc cities, base game it would be Daggerfall or Stormhaven.
The enchanter in Daggerfall though has a phenomenal voice, you could use it to polish bronze 😍

Elden Root!! 🙌🏾 Mostly because I’m a wood elf though and I love the forest scenery there.
I have everything I need there. My daily Undaunted quests. Right around the corner to that I have the trading guilds and sometimes my guild is there as well. The crafting hall where everything is right in front of me with my daily writs. The Fighters and Mages guild are literally right up the ramp across from each other. Several Merchants along the way when heading to the wayshrine. The outlaws refuge is a hop and skip away. Last but not least, my Snugpod which is now fully furnished with my essential crafting stations inside as well.

Sadrith Mora is way more beautiful! If you love forests you'll likely love those mushroom towers. At least they are plants too.
