For example you have the Fabricant Trees, Clustered Maple which is craftable.

Specifically, the various fabricant trees can be made off of clockwork patterns, as well, there are trees that can be crafted using alinor drop patterns, at least 3 types of potted tree, and 2 types of potted wysteria. I have recently gotten both of the wysteria patterns, and have had the trees for a while. It just takes looking. I'm not sure if any others can be crafted, off hand.
(note: the fabricant trees are alchemy crafted, and the alinor ones that I've seen are all enchanting table crafted).
