Disguises are now unique?

I have an alt just starting the Stros M'Kai quests and right away he's already hit a snag because he has to take a seadrake disguise which is unique and currently carried by another character.
I have to log off, log on the other character, run him to bank, deposit disguise, log the other character back on and take the disguise.
I have a feeling I will need to do the same when it comes time to do the heist and that disguise.
They were not unique in beta and it's now a pain in the ass. Change them back.

✭✭Maybe they were changed later in the beta. I remember looting a lot of them and just selling them.1 -
mega_trwb17_ESOSoul ShrivenAlso found if you store a disguise in the bank and then go to the region say where the seadrakes are and take a seadrake down and a disguise is there for pickup you can't pick one up as it thinks it's in your inventory when in fact it's in the bank. Complete pain in the bum.1
