Almost all the furniture in 'Furnished' versions of houses can either be crafted, or purchased in the Crown Store, or bought from Home Goods vendors in the game zones. But some Dunmer houses have unique furnishings.

• Kragenhome (Unfurnished and Furnished) comes with the unique 'Dark Elf Bed of Coals' firepit.
• Velothi Reverie (Unfurnished and Furnished) also comes with the 'Dark Elf Bed of Coals'.
• Ald Velothi Harbor House (Unfurnished and Furnished) comes with a 'Hlaalu Well, Braced Sillar Stone', 'Hlaalu Shed, Enclosed', Hlaalu Sidewalk, Sillar Stone' and 'Hlaalu Wall Post, Sillar Stone'.
• Amaya Lake Lodge (Unfurnished and Furnished) comes with 'Hlaalu Well, Covered Sillar Stone', and 'Hlaalu Shed, Open'.

All of these are unique furniture not available anywhere else. But since these items are included in the Unfurnished versions of the homes too, and people can buy the Unfurnished versions with gold, you can sometimes find these items being sold at guild traders (since furniture that come with houses bought with gold aren't bound to your character) so you could find these items without having to buy the whole house.
