NA Dominion Templar looking for a PvE & PvP guild

Hi guys. Like the title says I`m looking for a PvE & PvP guild. I`ve been in since beta and early access and I found one of the flaws of ESO is it does not really encourage social interaction and I`m hoping to find a guild of like minded people who like to have a laugh, accomplish stuff and have more laughs.
My only requirements are this -
*At least 18+. Preferably 21+
*Be of a reasonable size (as in not just 5 people)
*Be ACTIVE, SOCIAL, TALKATIVE and HELPFUL (this is the most important criteria)
*Have an adult sense of humour (the odd F bomb is fine, chugging beers is good but NO racism/homophobia/xenophobia).
*Be into PvP as a group and be progressive but not necessarily hardcore.
Sorry If I sound demanding but I`ve been around MMOs for so long I hate to waste my time in dead end guilds and I know there are good ones out there in ESO.
