How to view tickets?

I have several open tickets with different problems in the game.
Is there any way to view which ones are open or not?
I only get an update of my ticket when there is an actual GM answering, if my problem is resolved I would like to know how I can close the ticket myself or at least see how many tickets are open, or even if I asked the question before.

Lazarus_Long✭✭✭I don't know if you can. Perhaps you could post about this in the customer support forum and someone there would know.
ZOS seems very good about responding to some types of tickets (gold sellers, botters, racism, etc) but slow on the others. I always assume it's because of the volume of tickets they are dealing with and so anything that they don't have a form letter for will take awhile.The List For Living - A guide for new or troubled players
