I am an PHT trade guild (EU Server) officer and I am writing on behalf of the Guildmaster
We are well aware that you have a new patch and you tried to implement new multibidding
As per yesterday with total mess and total system bug, and it was completely incomprehensible who won what place, we also tried to understand you..
Also when our Guild, deliver, as usual quite large bid (and it was much more than 1 million ...), we received a message saying that we won the place, also on the home page there was a message that the trading place was confirmed.
And of cource, while system officially informed us that our bid is confirmed and Trader Spot is ours - of cource we don't run to another spot - you, your Sysem confirmed the bid. And yes there is 10 minute time when small no name guilds, using chaos situation runs and bid just 10k manually!
What is our surprise and indignation now, when we saw that in our place taken by some unknown guild that had set the minimum bid amount !!
Our guild has been standing at this spot for more than 3 years, making high stakes and monitoring the whole process.
Why did you take the path of least resistance ??
They just did "and it will do so" and just took and rubbed all the logs and left everything as it is?
This is outrageous, unworthy and highly unprofessional!

Alhatariel✭✭✭For me it is the same. Yesterday after the trader switch I saw we kept our trader we had the last years, today after patching we lost him to an unknown guild. This is really unacceptable! I wrote a ticket and hope a fast respons!2 -

I agree with the last sentence but I wonder why you are not commenting with one word how much money you got back from your 1 million bidding.
Please check, if it is the same like in other constellations (which I know first hand and from stories being posted here) you are compensated 3-5 times by what you got back to your guild bank account.
And while we are at it, is this money still sitting on your guild bank account or has it been consumed by guild members, here also I have first hand information as well as stories told in this very forum and other places.
Just my 2 cents...
