Exactly what class should a fireball shooting staff wielding mage choose? The sneaky rogue class? The tanky in your face class? The holy healer with spears of light class? Maybe the deadundead bone summoner class? Or perhaps the mushroom summoning bear hugging class?
Literally no one loses if they add Major Sorcery to(atleast) Critical Surge. Healers will still have the new morph, stam sorcs stay exactly the same, mag sorcs would have a morph to replace the old Power Surge, players fighting against a mag sorc would see no difference since that mag sorc is still gonna be using the buffed entropy.

Having major prophecy on crit surge / power surge would be something of a compensation for how many bar slots it takes a sorc to do anything (since you can't well spend a slot on inner light) it would also be something of a compensation for sorcs loosing the major sorcery through a class ability at the same time that all classes got it through a general line skill.
I might add that it is pretty stupid that, at the same time power surge was turned for the magica morph into the healer morph that the other, now dps morph was not changed to include both major buffs. It just shows how slow the devs are in general. Did they think mag dd's were just going to take a 2/3rds nerf to their heals in order to provide some week group heals support and continue to slot that heal? Who knows what they thought, not much thinking going on over there.
Also, at 20+k per raid, pots have really become too expensive so adding the ability to get major sorc + major prophecy through otherwise usefull skills would be quite appreciated. If you jokers want to entice people to put some utility such as heals or shields back on their bar, you might want to try adding prophecy to those utility skills.
