I was playing battlegrounds with my main character and unfortunately my ping was very high and I got disconnected from the server, then I tried to log in again with that character and the error showed up. I submitted a ticket with the game consultant report and the msinfo32 file attached but that was a day ago and I got no response until now.

I can login with other characters, but I would like to know if I'll can play with my main again and how long take to unlock my character.
