Quakecon rewards - why crates offered on consoles varies?

I logged in yesterday and I got the pet and a single ouroboros crate from the Quakecon event. Some of my guild mates received up to 15 crates. Why is this happening? Shouldn't we all receive the same amount? Clarification please, ZOS.

    5 crates were for the opening stream on the Friday. The pet and another crate were for the ESO specific stream on the Saturday iirc

    @Hamish999 This is console related. Consoles accounts don't have twitch accounts linked...

    The panel will kick off in the Grapevine Ballroom (Main Stage) on Saturday, July 27, at 2PM CT (3PM EDT). If you can’t make it, don’t worry! You can watch it live on twitch.tv/Bethesda. Even better, if you watch the show with a linked Twitch account, you’ll receive the Flame Atronach Senche-Jaguar pet and an Ouroboros Crown Crate (PC/Mac only)! If you play on console, don’t worry, simply log in to the game and kill a monster on Saturday, July 27 between 12PM-7PM EDT to also receive the rewards.

    I got 5 crates and no pet, play on PS4 I dont even know what I did to get them, just saw everyone had flame pets and was sad I missed out

    Depends on how many streams you've watched, there were 3, 1 on the quakecon channel, 2 on bethesda, rewards were 5 + 5 + 1&pet.

We are currently working on an update to our website to display this information more clearly, but until then, all Twitch Drops schedules will be posted in this thread. Please remember in order to be eligible to receive a Drop, you must:

    Link your PC/Mac ESO game account to Twitch (instructions can be found here)
    Watch the appropriate channel, listed below
    Be logged into Twitch while watching the stream
    Note that not all streams will guarantee a Twitch Drop unless specifically noted.

    I know I was playing in this schedule (I play on a daily basis), that's the only condition for consoles players to earn this rewards since we can't link twitch accounts to our eso accounts. So watching streams or not is irrelevant for us.

    I'm on PlayStation 4 and got six crates and a pet for my main account and then the pet and one crate for my sub accounts and I done the same thing for all my accounts so I don't see how one got six and the rest got one

    I got a pet and six crates on PS4 and didn’t know why until this thread. All the crate items were garbage so I exchanged them for gems so there’s that.
