I am just going to share some of the information I dug up in the letters, if ppl like it, I may make a post like this everytime a Meet the Character is posted.
Minor spoiler is expect as in these letters are tied to what is happening in the game or happened in the ESO timeline
“Clivia,
Your father is about to embark on a foolish, desperate mission to save the Empire. Though I have said as much to the Emperor, he insists that this errand is necessary for the stability of his domain.
The Letter is written by Abnur Tharn in 2E576 to his daughter Cilvia, when he just joined in the Five Companion to search for the amulet.

"but if the puddle-scrying High Elf’s plan works, your first child will inherit the whole of Tamriel."
This is interesting because this indicates Clivia has a child, and a child of Varen no less. The "first child" indicates there might be even more than one children. But note that Clivia only married to Varen for 3 years at the moment, and the oldest possible child will only be 10 years old in ESO current time (if we assume the time stopped at 2E583). This also indicates Clivia didn't bear any children for Leovic of Longhouse.
Anyway, with Clivia MIA, this child would be the next in line to be the emperor/empress. Will we see at least a mention of that in ESO?

EDIT: Some people commented about this sentense doesn't necessarily indicates Clivia has children, and that might also be the case

His heritage was evident in his eyes and hair. Too evident, I might say. Many Imperials with Akaviri ancestry are only barely indistinguishable from pure Cyrodilic stock.
This is interesting because it says about what facial traits are from Akaviri. We can see that the Akaviri are black haired, I haven't meet the guy in game so I couldn't tell his eye color and with red-ish brown eye color. Anyway, next time you see an imperial, you can tell if he/she has Akaviri ancestry now. (Note: I should probably go back to the Akaviri town in Elsweyr and check their hair and eye color)

That's all for now, lore-wise this letter gives some interesting facts

I didn't read "your first child" the way that you did. I read it as a future child, not one that has already been born.

sadly, I think ZOS went on and decided Tsaesci is just another boring man race

Even today the lore team haven't decide whether Akaviri and Tsaesci are the same kind of humanoid creature, but this dragonguard and the akaviri town in elsweyr are all humans

minor spoiler for elsweyr side quest:

The ghost appeared in the akaviri town is supposed to be the last desendent of Versidue-Shaie, who is said to be a Tsaesci (not just Akaviri), and the ghost looks humanoid (on two legs) and is wearing Tsaesci style armor (not Akaviri style)

However quote from UESP wiki: (minor spoiler for the newest dungeon dlc)
He (Chevalier Renald) claimed that the Akaviri Dragonguard shed their old skins and were reborn in the service of the Empire, and in time he will shed his skin when it is time for a new beginning, but he purposely left the meaning of skin-shedding up for interpretation

So yeah, we don't know for sure if Tsaesci can shape shift to snake form, but they for sure have a human form at the very least
