Mrsinister2✭✭✭✭✭It will do nothing for resistent flesh it only works on named major and minor buffs and makes your shield last longer.
As a necro you would get more out of major vulnerability, protection, ward/resolve and what ever other major or minor buffs necro has.
Great healing set tho I use it in a warden since they have almost every buff in the game.0
