I dont know what happened but the game graphics are uglier than before the patch

    Short answer: no. The game looks exactly the same.

    If you really think things got uglier after the patch, try deleting

    Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\ShaderCache.cooked

    before starting the game ...

    It will take several minutes to rebuild the shaders but it may help. I had weird graphic problems after patch days when the shaders didn't get updated (or got corrupted?) and having the game rebuild the cooked cache can help with that.

    Game looks identicle here, as mentioned delete Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\ShaderCache.cooked
