Paypal pending transaction on ESO+

Hello there,
Been 3 days since i attempted to purchase ESO+ with paypal and after doing the payment was stuck on "pending" its been like this for 3 days and i have already sent 2 tickets both did not answer my problem at all.
First ticket i got told it could take 24/48h (and been way longer by now) and second thicket got told to cancel the membership but it never got activated!
Need a proper solution for this .. either to have ESO+ activated so i can enjoy the perks i payed for or refund my money to paypal.

✭I don't think ZOS billing dept understands how PayPal works. They were so irritating and unhelpful that I just stopped using PayPal with ESO. No one else seems to have any issues, just ZOS. Good luck with 'support'.Edited by Ohtimbar on August 15, 2019 8:47PMforever stuck in combat1
