So whats everyone running on stam sorc for PvP this patch? I currently run 7th, B pirate and trollking on xbox
I'm running Hunding's Rage, Cyrodiil's Ward, and Bloodspawn (5 heavy 2 medium) on my Imperial StamSorc. Using the Steed mundus, Artaeum Takeaway Broth, and the new Lingering Health potions. 2h + S&B set-up. High damage, lots of mobility, and great survivability (even in BGs).
Considering playing a heavy stamsorc this patch, using trollking, seventh, sriggans and master bow.
Now that dizzy is slightly quicker should be easier to land right?
Only thing not sure on race?
if u go with 7th in scalebreaker on stam sorc you gonna be losing out on some big dmg from the last 5 ticks of hurricane as you will have to re-apply to maintain 7th uptime. Truth is better than 7th because of this for cp pvp.
I'm not sure hurricane is really worth it for the damage ,its used to proc crit surge for the heals I'd guess and armour buff

This is my setup, minus master's bow (still need to grind it out, but my group doesn't like vDSA). It hits really hard even without the bow, is fast, and survives well. Sustain is iffy, but the goal is to kill before that matters, or run and reset.if u go with 7th in scalebreaker on stam sorc you gonna be losing out on some big dmg from the last 5 ticks of hurricane as you will have to re-apply to maintain 7th uptime. I had the same thought, but the way I play I don't need Hurricane for the damage. 7th is up nearly all the time, and the effect looks cool. Lol

forgot to also say, truth is just more dmg than 7th too.
How you setting them off balance?
Truth is the new meta damage set if you don’t care about the health regen from 7th. 7th / trollking is probably strong for heavy builds but truth will be better on medium if you are in CP. I’m not running it just because I play both CP and no-cp and sorcerers don’t have a way to proc truth without tactician. How you setting them off balance?
Tactician passive from CP sets targets off balance when you roll dodge.
If truth gets nerfed because it can be abused in cp I'm going to lose my mind lol. It's a non-issue in no cp.
I run 5M/2H, 7th/briarhear/troll king/master bow with steed mundus. Felt strong, but still tougher to solo this patch.

Edit:CP isn't accurate for this patch. I've put a lot more investment into thick skinned, but I'm still playing around with it to see what I like.

I don't personally like managing the proc condition of Truth. It's playstyle issue and I understand why people like Truth, but I think 7th fits my playstyle a bit more.
Playing in heavy also limits the amount of times you can dodge, so there is that as well.
How does off balance work exactly? Would using a shock damage enchantment proc off balance?

Do you really run precise on the maul? My Spriggan's Maul is precise and I've been debating if I want to transmute to nirn or not. I'm I heavy so crit is pretty low without precise.
does seventh legion even worth? im using it on my stamdk but pressing volatile every 10 second.. i dunno. Heavy Hundings also seems good.
