Nightblade's "rule breaking" skill.

I may be outdated, but could someone, anyone, explain me why Siphoning strikes and morphs dont scale with anything? it gives a ridiculous flat heal that doesnt scale with anything.

i've tested max magicka, max stamina, max health, max stam/mag/health recovery, major sorcery, major brutality..

=> nothing happens.

reading crit surge tooltips made me realize that, well, it used to heal more because it was used by stamsorcs while magsorcs were using power surge (because of major sorc)..

i'd personnaly love to see this "rule breaking skill" to be put in line with something, even if it had to scale with movement speed..

I think crit surge, lotus flower+morphs, and siphoning strikes+morphs are all damage proc’d healing effects that don’t scale with any attribute. Offhand I can’t think of any for templars, necros, or dks.

Be careful what you wish for.

“Siphoning Strikes now deals 5% less damage for every 3% additional sprint speed over the base speed”

Patch notes would be more ridiculously written but pretty on point. Lol
