About a week before Scalebreaker launch I noticed that heavy attacks weren't being enough to keep up my stam in Dungeons/Trials. Chalking it up to pre-patch weirdness I didn't think more about it. Now running the Scalebreaker dungeons every day, my block cost has increased dramatically. I'm wearing Shacklebreaker, HA when I'm not blocking, limiting skills, AND have a healer giving me shards/orbs and my stamina is still always drained. It's like either my block cost glyphs aren't active or my 75 CP in Shadow Ward aren't active.

Anyone else noticed this?

Yes my block cost has increased, but my build did not change.

    Sort of follow up question (Since it's looking like this problem is unique to me)... do you use gamepad or keyboard?

    I've also noticed issues where I'm pressing buttons on staff backbar, but get the front shield bar skill. This is pretty normal (haha) for controller use, but I'm wondering now if my staff block cost is being applied to shield bar.
