Stamina getting the better of the new DPS sets?

It seems like stamina are receiving the better of the DPS sets coming out.
DISCLAIMER! This is just my opinion on what I'm seeing and am asking if everyone else agrees or feels differently. Not a statement of fact.
The new Zen redress ( in my opinion ) is laughable bc I get that much buff from the 3rd piece set of False God's. I guess healers could wear it since they cannot really heal anymore ( just kidding).
The new succession set probably isn't as good as julianos. What is really going on here,lol.

10% is imo too OP. Alkosh buffs group dps for 6% but requires synergy, for example.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭This has been the case for a while and is part of the reason why stam is parsing so far ahead. I mean, the BiS set for magicka right now is the mag version of VO, a set that came out in 2014 and hasn't been worn by any stam players in years.0
