So as many of you know BoL has been nerfed a lot over the last few years. And my idea is simple just make the extra heal returned to heal for 2 extra targets again. I mean currently the extra heal is far less than it once was and making it 2 targets would probably add up to what it healed 1 of the extra targets years ago. And plus it would make the tooltip make sense again.

✭Counter suggestion:
Make Breath of Life heal a minimum of 30% less and create an equivalent skill available through weapon / armor skill line. That's the new Hardened Ward, and since BoL aheres to the same "ZOS' burst heal standard", it should get the same treatment.0 -
