Too many templars...

guys, the number of templars poping out from nowhere make obvious how standardized it is. try to be more sneaky or you'll get standardized for real (and suddently make the entire templar pop back to 0 again T_T)

here's a short lise of skills waiting for standardiz:
piercing jav (28m range, unless they turn back what they did with scatter and clench)
RoR all in all skill.
radial sweep undelayed (while all other melee ult got delayed)
eclipse having no counterplay but afk.

those are little things, but brought together while everyone else is getting nerfed from all side just make templar laughably popular in 1 single day.

Pointing it out on the forums is the opposite of sneaky hahaha. I have noticed a lot of templars today though. Getting multiple 9-10k degeneration hits on my recaps is fun.

It's not Templars fault, just teh fact Soul Trap and Entropy are way overturned and undodgeable

On PS4 NA in pve, since the first patch notes went up I stopped seeing liguid lightning and started seeing spear shards everywhere. But like you I think that's more commentary on nerfs to other classes, especially the big nerf to Matriarch and change to Power Surge.

Looking at the notes / reading what PTS testers have said, it doesn't look like we (magplars in pve) are going to be great; it just looks like we took fewer bruises from the nerf bat this time. Savvy players are going to respond to that.

(I do wish the choice wasn't about which class skills were the least wrecked though. I'm one of the players who think class skills should be the best for the sake of variety and holding interest while learning the best way to play alt toons. But then I don't pvp, so I know zero about balancing for that.)

Ironically, magplars lost two of their primary dps skills this patch... one to the trash bin and the other to a heal or a kinda pseudo cc you can't control but is annoying as hell.

More blockplars on the way, fewer magplars that do damage.

Nah he is looking to nerf the last relevant Magicka class in the game now. More than likely a Stam player.

They should make Ops of posts like these fill out a form on their build that died and upload their actually stats and achievements in the game before they can post.

L2P, it is not like Sorcys and Nbs haven't been the top two forever. Stamblades are still good unless your one of those players that is a peeper rather then in the mix. That is all.

i'm a nightblade and i'm not asking for a templar nerf guys. you missed the point if you think so.

the facts are, templars skills are fine (execpt RoR and eclipse in a smaller scale). i've been asking for ranged cc to act like piercing javelin, not for javelin to be thrown away, same for radial sweep, better remove the delay to everybody than puting one on radial.

you may not be awared of it but refreshing path got nerfed to the ground because it was only doing dmg and heal, RoR is doing both better (because of its area) plus self cleanse (only two is way more than 0) plus cleanse synergy. (snare passive does not count since its a passive).

i'd by far prefere all classes to be respected like templars are than see templars "tweaked" (not to be rude) like all other classes are.

ps: As for my issues with templars, well, jabs have been ruining both dodges and cloak since the very begining of ESO and will continue, this isnt new, the thread isnt about "templars ruins my ass". they do, those who fought me knows it well (Cinbri, if you read this...) but well, i dont think the return of so many templars with u23 is for the sake of my pretty little nightblade bosmer's butt.

Strange, I was under the impression that, before the nerf path gave healing, damage, and expedition without counting passives.

when you nerf templars the new meta will x then every pvper will whine about x then they will nerf x and move on to y then everyone will complain about y

do you start to see the picture? this has been happening for months if not year(s) now and its ruining the game for pve players in the process

honestly i am now at a point where i DESPISE pvp(players) and if i had the power would just bann them from posting in the general forum
